WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR PICTURES/DESIGN?

You will receive your raw pictures 1-2 days following the photoshoot. Once selections are made, please allow 7-10 business days for edited photos. For all design work, please allow 3-5 business days for completed designs.

Is the booking deposit refundable?

Unfortunately, the booking deposit is non-refundable. This deposit allows you to reserve your designated time slot with us.

can i reschedule after booking?

Yes. You may reschedule up to 7 days in advance of your shoot date. Should you need to reschedule less than 7 days before your shoot a $30 rescheduling fee will be accessed.

is there a weather policy?

Yes. On the day of the shoot, the client or photographer may opt out due to inclement weather. For more details, please refer to the Terms of Service.

is there a late policy?

Yes. There is $2 per minute fee assessed for every minute the photoshoot is delayed. For more details, please refer to the Terms of Service.
